Scheduling Policies
Pre-appointment details
Prior to an online session, I will send over a video call link to the email address provided.
Cancellation and re-scheduling
Receive a full refund if you cancel your session more than 12 hours in advance of the start time. Receive a 50% refund if you cancel within 12 hours of the start time. Re-schedule at any time at no extra cost.
Payment policies
Payment is due at the time of booking.
